| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | The Company's associated company, First REIT Management Limited (the "Manager"), the manager of First Real Estate Investment Trust ("First REIT"), has today issued an announcement in relation to a proposed series of divestment transactions involving certain assets in First REIT's Indonesia portfolio (the "Proposed Divestments"), comprising the divestment of hospital and non-core assets as well as the grant of put options for the potential divestment of the remaining hospital assets. The Proposed Divestments are part of First REIT's ongoing strategic review and are intended to optimise its capital structure, reduce exposure to foreign currency volatility and recycle capital.
