Ltd. ("TIHPL") and Browny Healthcare Pte. Ltd. ("BHPL") for the sale from BHPL to TIHPL of all of its 858,412,248 ordinary shares in the Company, as announced by the Company on 16 December 2025. After having interviewed Mr. Seo and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the stepping down of Mr. Seo as a Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company. |
