Ltd. (the "Offeror"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, for the proposed voluntary delisting (the "Delisting") of Healthway Medical Corporation Limited (the "Exit Offer"). In connection with the Exit Offer, an announcement has been issued today by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited for and on behalf of the Offeror on: (a) the fulfilment of the Minimum Acceptance Condition (as defined in the announcement) in respect of the Exit Offer; and (b) the level of valid acceptances received in respect of the Exit Offer.
