| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Ms. Joelle Lee Siew Hong ("Ms. Joelle") had, on 6 March 2023, tendered her resignation as Chief Operating Officer of OUE Lippo Healthcare Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), due to personal interests. Ms. Joelle's last day of service with the Company will be 5 June 2023. Upon Ms. Joelle's last day of service, she will be engaged as a Consultant for a period of 3 months from 6 June 2023 to 5 September 2023 to ensure a smooth transition of the Group's overall operations. In addition, the Company confirms that there are no concerns with regards to the overall operations of the Group that led to the cessation of Ms. Joelle as the Chief Operating Officer and there are no disagreements between Ms. Joelle and the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company with regards to practices that would have an impact to the Group's overall operations. After having interviewed Ms. Joelle and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Ms. Joelle as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Company is in the process of finding a suitable replacement and will make the necessary announcement when a suitable candidate is appointed. The Board would like to extend its gratitude and appreciation to Ms. Joelle for her invaluable contributions to the Company during her tenure of service. |
